Admin panel exports reference

C
Written by Customer Success

Every export in the admin panel, where to start it, what it contains and how the file arrives. Most exports are emailed as a zip file with a CSV inside; a few download in the browser.

Before you start

  • You need to be an organization admin or an event admin. Sponsor admins can use the booth exports marked for them.

  • Emailed exports go to the email address you use for the admin panel, from Brella [email protected]. The admin panel confirms the request with a message such as "Your export will be delivered by email shortly." Each export covers the whole event unless the row says otherwise.

  • CSV files open in any spreadsheet app. Choose comma as the separator if the app asks.

Limits

  • Exports have no date filter, except the per-stream export, which uses the time frame of the Analytics tab.

  • The admin panel does not keep past exports. Request the export again to get a new file.

  • Export emails always come from [email protected], also when your organization uses a custom email domain.

Troubleshooting

The email hasn't arrived
Check the spam folder of the email address you use for the admin panel, then request the export again.

"We couldn't export that. Please try again."
The request did not start. Reload the page and select the export again. If it keeps failing, contact Brella support with the event name and the export you selected.
