Export one CSV file that lists, for every session, the attendees who bookmarked it and when. Brella emails the file to you.
Before you start
You need to be an organization admin or an event admin.
The schedule must be on. If Content > Schedule shows the start screen instead of tabs, turn the schedule on first.
The export covers sessions (content slots) only. Networking slots are not included.
Where to find it
Content > Schedule > Settings > Data export > Bookmarks data in the admin panel.
Export the bookmarks
Open Content > Schedule > Settings.
Under Data export, select Export .csv next to Bookmarks data. The message Your export will be delivered by email shortly. appears.
Open the email from Brella with the subject <event name>, report of session bookmarks. The attached ZIP file contains
<event name>-bookmarks-<date>.csv.
What the file contains
One row per bookmark, grouped by session in start time order. Within a session, rows are in the order the bookmarks were made.
Column | Content |
Title of the session.
Start of the session as
Full name of the attendee.
Company from the attendee's profile.
Job title from the attendee's profile.
Email address of the attendee.
When the bookmark was made, as
Attendees who register for a session with registration (RSVP) on are bookmarked at the same time, so they appear in this file too. This includes requests waiting for approval and waitlist places. Canceling a registration keeps the bookmark.
Limits
Sessions with no bookmarks are not in the file.
The file reflects the moment of the export. Bookmarks removed by attendees are no longer listed.
The file goes only to the email address of the admin who selected Export .csv.
