One export gives you, for every sponsor of the event, the booth traffic, the meetings of its representatives, the meetings summary and its lead scans as CSV files. Brella emails the files as a zip with one folder per sponsor.
Before you start
You need to be an organization admin or an event admin.
The export is only emailed, to the address you use for the admin panel.
To export one kind of data for one sponsor, use the export on the sponsor's own tabs instead. See Read a sponsor's booth and representative analytics.
Where to find it
All sponsors: Sponsors > Settings > Import & Export > Export all sponsor data.
Selected sponsors: Sponsors > Sponsors, select the checkboxes, then Export in the menu next to the select-all checkbox in the table header.
Export the data
Open Sponsors > Settings and go to Import & Export.
Under Export all sponsor data, select Export .zip. The message "Your export will be delivered by email shortly." confirms the request.
Open the email with the subject "Brella admin report". The zip is named
<event>-sponsors.zip.
To export some sponsors only, open Sponsors > Sponsors and select their checkboxes. Open the menu next to the select-all checkbox in the table header and select Export. The message "Your CSV export will be delivered by email shortly." confirms the request. The zip has the same content for the selected sponsors.
Export sponsors, the other export in Import & Export, is a different export: the sponsor profiles for editing and re-import. See Import and export sponsors with a CSV file.
Files per sponsor
Each folder is named after the sponsor and holds 7 files. File names start with the sponsor name in lowercase with hyphens.
File | Content |
| One row per booth open, slide view or slide viewing period. |
| One row per attendee who opened the booth, with |
| One row per meeting of each representative. |
| The booth's meeting and open chat totals. |
| One row per representative with their meeting and open chat counts. |
| Scans made by the sponsor's representatives. |
| Scans of the sponsor's representatives by other attendees. |
For the columns of the interactions and visitors files, see Read the stream, session and booth traffic export files. For the columns of the prospects files, see Review a sponsor's lead scans and set up scan questions.
The three meetings files are empty for a sponsor whose representatives have not joined the event.
meetings.csv
One row per meeting or open chat, in every status, for each representative who joined. Representatives are in alphabetical order. Each representative's meetings are sorted by slot start, latest first, or by creation time when there is no slot.
Column | What it contains |
| The representative's name. |
| The other participant. |
| Start of the meeting slot as |
|
|
| Where the meeting takes place. |
|
|
| Number of chat messages in the meeting. A message in a group meeting counts once for each participant who receives it. |
A meeting between two representatives of the same sponsor appears twice, once per representative.
meetings-summary.csv
The same figures as the Meetings and open chat summary card on the sponsor's Engagement tab. Columns Status, Total, Inbound and Outbound; rows Total engagement, Meetings: Accepted, Meetings: Pending, Meetings: Declined, Meetings: Cancelled, Open chat: Answered, Open chat: Pending, Open chat: Converted to accepted meeting and Total Messages.
meetings-representatives.csv
One row per representative who joined. Columns: Name, Joined (dd.mm.yyyy hh:mm), Meetings: Accepted, Meetings: Pending inbound, Meetings: Pending outbound, Meetings: Cancelled, Meetings: Declined (chat open), Meetings: Declined (chat closed), Open chat: Answered inbound, Open chat: Answered outbound, Open chat: Pending inbound, Open chat: Pending outbound, Open chat: Converted to meeting, Total outbound, Total Messages.
Joined is the time the representative's registrant was created, in UTC. For a representative who was invited first, this is the time of the invite.
For a report matching the visible table, use Export (.csv) on the sponsor’s Representatives tab.
Exports that download in the browser
On a sponsor's Representatives tab and on both cards of its Engagement tab, Export (.csv) downloads the table at once. Nothing is emailed. These downloads hold the data of the admin panel tables, with the tables' own column names.
Limits
The export covers every sponsor of the event, or the selected ones. There is no export per category.
Sponsor ad statistics can't be exported. See Read sponsor ad statistics.
Sponsor admins can't use Sponsors > Settings. They export their own booth from its tabs under Booths.
Troubleshooting
The meetings files are empty for a sponsor
None of its representatives has joined the event, or it has no representatives.
The email hasn't arrived
Check the spam folder of the email address you use for the admin panel, then request the export again.
