The Sponsor Ads tab shows, for each sponsor ad, how many times the app picked it and how many times attendees selected it.

Before you start

Where to find it

Sponsors > Sponsor Ads in the admin panel. Each ad has a row in Active ads or Deleted ads.

Active ad with four counters at 0 and the Impressions tooltip open under Deleted ads

Read the columns

Column

What it means

Name

The sponsor. In Active ads, select it to edit the ad.

Ad text

The ad's text.

Display share

The ad's share, in Active ads only. The header shows the share left.

Impressions (Display share ads)

How many times Brella picked this ad when an attendee's app loaded an ad.

Click count (Display share ads)

How many times attendees selected the ad's card in Your matches, its Visit booth button, or the sponsor ad tile on Home. Selecting the representatives row on Home is not counted.

Impressions (Sponsor row)

Ads loaded for a sponsor row. The current mobile app and web app don't load ads for a sponsor row, so this number doesn't change.

Click count (Sponsor row)

Clicks on a sponsor row. This number doesn't change either.

To compare ads, divide Click count (Display share ads) by Impressions (Display share ads), then multiply by 100.

For example, 20 clicks ÷ 1,000 impressions × 100 = 2%. That means 2 clicks per 100 ad loads.

Impressions count loads, not unique people or confirmed views of the whole ad. A higher percentage suggests more clicks per load; it does not prove more sales. If impressions are 0, wait for data before calculating.

When the app loads an ad

The mobile app and the web app load an ad:

  • Each time the attendee opens Home, returns to it, or pulls down to refresh it.

  • When the attendee opens Your matches in People, unless the app reuses a recently loaded ad.

Each load adds 1 to the picked ad's Impressions (Display share ads). The representatives row, the sponsor ad tile and Your matches show the same loaded ad. When the pick falls in the unused share, no ad is counted.

Deleted ads

Deleted ads lists deleted ads with their counts at the time of deletion. Deleted ads are no longer picked, so their counts stop changing. You can't edit or restore them.

Limits

  • The counts are totals since the ad was created. The tab has no date filter and no export.

  • The tab doesn't show which attendees saw or selected an ad.

  • A new ad for the same sponsor starts again at 0.

Troubleshooting

The Sponsor row columns stay the same
The current mobile app and web app don't add to them. Use the Display share ads columns.
