Managing Ticket Type Lists

Written by Purnima Jayasuriya

Ticket Type Lists are the primary way to categorize attendees based on how they registered for your event.

As shown in the interface:

"Each registrant belongs to exactly one ticket type list. A registrant's ticket type is set when they register. Its permissions apply unless a custom list they belong to overrides them."

These lists replace traditional "Attendee Groups" and ensure that every participant has a foundational classification (e.g., Attendees, Sponsors, Press, VIPs).
