Ticket Type Lists are the primary way to categorize attendees based on how they registered for your event.
As shown in the interface:
"Each registrant belongs to exactly one ticket type list. A registrant's ticket type is set when they register. Its permissions apply unless a custom list they belong to overrides them."
These lists replace traditional "Attendee Groups" and ensure that every participant has a foundational classification (e.g., Attendees, Sponsors, Press, VIPs).
Ticket types dashboard
Name | The internal name of the ticket type (e.g., Attendees, Sponsors). |
Registrants | The number of attendees currently assigned to this list. |
Attendance | The attendance format for this group (e.g., In-person, Virtual, Hybrid). |
Permissions | An indicator showing if specific networking or access rules are applied. |
Actions | Options to manage or delete the list (note: the default list cannot be deleted). |
When you navigate to each list, you can see the following,
Registrants – Manage members.
Permissions & access – Control networking and content visibility.
Settings – Adjust the list.
The Registrants Tab
This tab displays all attendees currently assigned to this specific ticket type.
Search: Use the search bar to filter the list by name or email address.
Registrant & Status: Current participation status.
Actions: Move the registrant to another list

You can add registrants to the list.
Permission & Access
The Permissions & Access tab allows you to control exactly what attendees in a specific list can see and do.

Settings
The Settings tab allows you to manage the administrative details of the list.
General settings
List name: The internal name used in the Admin Panel (character limit: 45).
Display name: The name shown to attendees (defaults to the List name). Use this to present a more attendee-friendly label.
Description: This field is for internal use only and is only shown in the Admin Panel (character limit: 120).
List ID: A unique system ID. Use this when referencing the list in integrations or API calls.
Danger Zone
Delete this list: You can delete custom ticket types here.
Note: The default list (usually "Attendees" or "All Registrants") is protected and cannot be deleted
