Manage registrants in the Registrants tab

C
Written by Customer Success

People > Registrants lists everyone registered for your event, joined or not. From here you add registrants, see who has joined, send invitation emails, move people between ticket type lists and delete registrants.

Before you start

  • You need to be an event admin or an organization admin.

  • The tab works differently for invite-only and public events. Check People > Settings > Event access > Invite only.

Where to find it

People > Registrants in the admin panel. People opens on this tab.

Summary cards

Invite-only events show four cards between the Publish invites box and the search field. Select Joined or Not joined to filter the table; select it again to clear the filter.

Card

Shows

Registrants

Joined plus not joined. Selecting it shows everyone.

Joined

"Registrants who have joined the platform."

Not joined

"People who have registered for the event but haven't joined the platform."

App adoption

Joined divided by all registrants, as a percentage. Not a filter.

Search and filter

  • The search field matches the registered and the profile name, email address, company name and title. Select Search or wait half a second after typing.

  • Email invite column: select the filter icon, choose Sent or Not sent, then select OK. Sent means at least one invitation email went out.

  • Registration link column: select the filter icon, choose a link, then select OK to see the people who registered through it.

  • To clear either column filter, open its filter menu, select Reset, then select OK.

  • Filters and search combine. A new search, card or registration link filter returns you to page 1.

  • Check the filtered rows before selecting registrants or sending emails. A search or another filter can narrow the result further.

View or edit a registrant

Select a name, or View. The panel has up to three tabs:

  • Joined user: the profile as the attendee filled it in, including Email, Company, Company Title, Attendance Type, Custom lists, Networking Status and Joined at. Only for people who have joined.

  • Registration details: the data you registered, the Ticket type list, the Privacy setting and custom fields. Change a value and select Save Changes. See Add registrants one at a time and send invitations.

  • Meetings: the person's meetings. Only for people who have joined.

For people who haven't joined, the panel opens on Registration details.

Bulk actions

Select the checkboxes of one or more rows. The table header changes to "N registrants selected" with three buttons.

Button

What it does

Assign to a list (N)

Opens Assign registrant to a ticket type list. Choose a list and select OK. Works for joined and not joined registrants. People already on that list are left unchanged.

Send emails

Opens Send invitation emails. Select Send to email the selected registrants their invitation. Only registrants with an email address who haven't joined get one.

Delete (N)

Asks "Are you sure to delete N registrant(s)?". Yes deletes them.

Selections persist across pages until you run an action.

Warning: Deleting a registrant who has joined removes them from the event with their meetings, bookmarks and session registrations. This can't be undone.

Publish invites

Public events

For a public event the tab lists joined people only and shows the text "Share this URL or code to invite people to your event." with the Join URL and Join Code fields. Each has a copy button.
