The Registrants tab in Brella allows event organizers to manage all attendee-related details in one place. From adding new invitees to tracking participation and app adoption, this section gives you full visibility into your event’s registrant data.
By using this tab, you can:
Add registrants to the event.
Monitor who has joined the event.
Track email invites and join codes.
Review networking opt-in status.
Analyze overall app adoption.
Accessing the registrant tab
Registrant Summary Cards
At the top of the page, you’ll see an overview of your event registrants:
Registrants – Total number of people added to the event
Joined – Number of attendees who have joined the event
Not joined – Attendees who haven’t joined yet.
App adoption – Percentage of registrants who have joined the event in the app
Registrant table
You can view the following information for each attendee:
Joined user – Shows whether the attendee has joined the event.
Registration – Indicates the registrant's details.
Group – Assigned attendee group.
Join code – Unique access code for the event.
Email invite – Status of the invitation email, whether it's sent or not for the attendee.
Networking – Displays whether the attendee has opted in to networking.
Accepted meetings- Number of accepted meetings.
Actions - Allows viewing of the registration data and deleting the registrant.

2. Delete- Delete the registrant
The View tab will have registrant profile data and details, along with the meeting info.
