Split your sponsors over several pages in the event menu. Each sponsor tab is a page with its own name and icon that shows the sponsor categories you assign to it. The built-in Sponsors page is the first tab and can be edited the same way.
A sponsor tab is not a booth section. Booth sections (Details, Representatives, Products, Downloads, Sessions) are parts of one sponsor's booth and are renamed under Edit Details > Tab Customization.
Before you start
You need to be an organization admin or an event admin.
Create the sponsor categories first under Sponsors > Categories. A tab shows categories, not individual sponsors.
A category can be on several tabs. Adding a category to a new tab does not remove it from the Sponsors tab.
New categories are added to the Sponsors tab by default. Change this in the category's Show in tabs field.
Where to find it
Sponsors > Tabs in the admin panel. The page is titled Sponsor Tabs.
Create a tab
Open Sponsors > Tabs.
Select Add new. The Add new sponsor tab drawer opens with a preview on the left.
Enter a Tab name, up to 14 characters. Leaving the field fills Tab link from the name if it is still empty.
Choose a Tab icon.
Check the Tab link: up to 25 characters, lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens, not starting or ending with a hyphen. The full address is shown in front of the field.
In Categories to show, choose one or more categories. They are grouped by category size.
Select Create.
The tab is visible in the apps at once. Its position in the menu is set in Customization > Tabs, where it is labeled "Sponsor page"; the Sponsor Tabs page says "Order of the listed tabs are defined in Customization."
Edit the built-in Sponsors tab
The first row, Sponsors, is the built-in page. Select Edit to change its name, icon or categories. Its Tab link can't be changed and the tab can't be deleted. Remove a category from it to show that category only on a custom tab.
Edit or delete a custom tab
Select Edit on the row, change the fields and select Save changes.
Select Delete, then Confirm. The dialog reads "You are about to delete a tab" and "This action cannot be undone. Confirm to delete this tab." Deleting a tab does not delete its categories or sponsors.
You can also assign a category to tabs from the category itself: Sponsors > Categories > Edit > Show in tabs.

A custom tab with no categories shows "No sponsors found" and "There are no sponsors for this page".

The built-in Sponsors tab can't be deleted and its link can't be changed.
