Change the text of the button on a sponsor's card (default Visit booth) and rename or reorder the sections of the booth page. Both are set per sponsor in Edit Details.
Before you start
You need to be an organization admin or an event admin. Sponsor admins can change these settings for their own booth from Booths.
The booth sections are stacked on one page in the mobile app and the web app. They are called tabs in the admin panel, but attendees scroll through them; there are no tabs to switch.
Where to find it
Sponsors > Sponsors > [sponsor] > View > Edit Details in the admin panel. The Update sponsor drawer opens. CTA text is under Appearance; the sections are under Tab Customization.
Change the CTA text
Open Sponsors > Sponsors and select View on the sponsor.
Select Edit Details.
Under Appearance, enter the new text in CTA text. Up to 30 characters; the field shows the count.
Select Update. Brella shows "Sponsor updated successfully".
CTA text is required. New sponsors start with "Visit booth".
The App preview pane next to the drawer shows your changes before you save. Choose Sponsor card to see the card with the CTA text, or Sponsor page to see the booth page with the section names and order.
Rename or reorder the booth sections
In the Update sponsor drawer, scroll to Tab Customization ("Rename or reorder these tabs to suit your needs").
To rename a section, edit its text field. Up to 40 characters; the field shows the count.
To reorder, drag a row by the handle at its start.
Select Update.

Rows with a striped background and the tooltip "Not visible to attendees — no content added yet" are the Products, Downloads or Sessions sections of a booth that has no products, no downloads or no sessions. They stay hidden in the booth until content is added.
What attendees see
On the sponsors page, each sponsor card ends with the CTA text and an arrow. Selecting the card opens the booth.
In the booth, the sections appear in your order with your names. Profile tab, Products, Downloads and Sessions show their count, for example "Downloads (4)".
Sections without content are not shown: Details tab without a Description, Profile tab without representatives, Products without products, Downloads without a download that is switched on, and Sessions when the sponsor is not added to any session.
The Profile tab section is shown only to attendees whose networking is on.
Limits
CTA text: required, up to 30 characters. On medium and large sponsor cards, longer text leaves less room for representative avatars: up to 20 characters shows 4 avatars, up to 24 shows 3, up to 28 shows 2, longer shows 1.
Section names: up to 40 characters each. The five sections can't be removed or added to; empty ones hide themselves.
A sponsor with no CTA text, for example one created through the API, shows "Visit booth". When the event renames "Booth" under Sponsors > Settings > Booth, the fallback uses that term instead.
Troubleshooting
The new section order does not show in the app
Select Update in the drawer. Dragging alone does not save. Then reopen the booth in the app.
A renamed Products, Downloads or Sessions section is missing from the booth
The section has no content. Add a product or a download, or add the sponsor to a session; the section appears with its name.
