An organization holds your company's events and the people who manage them in the admin panel. Each person has a role: organization admin, event admin or sponsor admin. The role decides which events and pages they can open.
Before you start
Brella creates organizations and events. To get a new organization or event, contact Brella or your account manager.
Only organization admins can invite and remove admins. Event admins don't see the Admins page.
Where to find it
Organizations in the admin panel. Select Launch on an organization to open its pages.
Roles
Organization admin
Opens every event in the organization.
Sees every organization page: Home, Admins, Integration credentials and Settings, plus API and Custom domains when Brella has turned them on.
Invites and removes organization admins, event admins and sponsor admins.
Changes the organization's logo and name.
In events, can do everything an event admin can, plus:
use Integrations > Webhooks and Webhooks logs
turn Enable Natural language search on or off in Details, after Brella has made the feature available
Event admin
Opens only the events they were added to. The organization appears in Organizations, and its Home lists only those events.
Has access to all event pages, except webhooks and the natural language search switch.
Sees Home and Integration credentials in the organization sidebar, but can't use Integration credentials.
Doesn't see Admins, so can't invite or remove admins.
Sponsor admin
Manages their company's sponsor booth from Booths in the admin panel.
If they have no other role, they don't see the organization's events or organization pages.
Brella staff
Create organizations and events.
Duplicate events.
There are no other roles. You can't create custom roles or change what a role can do.
Organization pages
Organization admins see all the pages. Event admins see Home and Integration credentials.
Home
The Events list of the organization.
Each event shows its Date (start date and length in days), its name and a status: Live, Upcoming or Ended.
Search with Event name. Show past events is selected by default; clear it to hide past events.
Use the three-dot button at the end of the table header to show or hide the Country, Attendees, Engagement, Meeting Requests and Meetings columns.
To export an event summary, select the three-dot button on the event's row, then Export CSV summary. To export several, select their checkboxes, then Export CSV summary.
Select an event to open it.
Admins
Three tabs: Organization Admins, Event Admins and Sponsor Admins. Each tab lists admins and open invitations with their Status: Active, Pending invite or Expired invite. On Sponsor Admins, the statuses are Active and Invitation pending.
Add admin invites one person by email. On Event Admins, you also choose their events in Events the user can access.
Remove on an organization admin or event admin takes away their access to the organization and all its events.
Sponsor Admins also lets you invite several sponsor admins at once.
API
Two tabs: Organization tokens and Personal API key (Legacy). Shown only when Brella has turned on API access for the organization. See Get your Brella API key and event ID.
Custom domains
Add custom domain lets you send emails from your own domain and give attendees your own subdomain for your events. Shown only when Brella has turned on custom domains for the organization. See Activate a custom email domain.
Integration credentials
The client ID and client secret your native integrations use, such as Swoogo. Select Add new to add credentials. Each credential has a Credential name and a Credential type, with Edit and Delete.
Warning: Deleting credentials stops every sync that uses them.
Settings
Logo: a square logo.
Name: the organization name.
Slug: set by Brella. You can't change it.

In the admin panel, only Brella staff can create organizations, create events and duplicate events.

You are an event admin. Ask an organization admin to make you an organization admin if you need these pages.
You can't see or add integration credentials
