The more events you host, the more information you have and also require to benchmark your business development. What's more, based on that data, you can take actionable pointers to improve your event experience. Learn how to view, analyze, and export event data with the more relevant KPIs from the admin panel. Including meetings, attendees, engagement, streams, sessions, and sponsor insights.

Event Data Home Page

To view the most relevant data points & KPIs of all of your events on one page, open your Organization in the Admin Panel (https://manager.brella.io).

  • Country refers to the location of your event (or, in hybrid, where did you host it from). This is a setting editable through the event's Details tab.

  • Attendees refer to the number of users who joined the platform for your event.

  • Engagement refers to the total sum of 1-to-1 chat messages and meeting requests sent before, during, and after the event.

  • Meeting requests refer to the total number of meeting requests sent throughout your event.

  • Meetings refer to the number of how many meetings your attendees, sponsors, and partners had during your event.

You can also deselect the boxes you prefer not to view on your table.

Export event summary data

  1. Navigate to the admin panel and open your Organization.

  2. There are two options to export your event data summary. You can either export the summary per event or all events combined.

    1. If you wish to export one (1) event summary, you can click on Actions (along with the event name) and click on the three dots—Select Export CSV summary.

    2. If you want to export data of multiple or all events, click on Actions (on the bottom left), select all or choose the events of your choice, and click on "Export CSV summary."

  3. Done! You will receive an email with a zip file attached within a few minutes. 🎉

Events Details

In this section, you can see event data such as:

  • date is the event start date.

  • duration days are the length of the event in Brella.

  • invited_seats are the total invites created in the admin panel.

  • invites_claimed is the total number of invites that were used in the admin panel.

  • signup_rate is the invites used/invites created.

Attendees

In this section, you can see user (attendee, speakers, sponsor reps, admins) data such as:

  • total attendees are the total attendees (users) in the admin panel Home tab.

  • opted_in_to_networking is the total number of attendees who opted in networking.

  • attendees_with_meetings is the total number of attendees who had at least one meeting.

  • companies are the total number of companies present at your event.

  • pre-engagement_rate is the percentage of interactions done among attendees before the first event date.

Matchmaking

In this section, you can see matchmaking data such as:

  • Networking is the total number that attendees selected -Networking- as a goal in the matchmaking list during registration.

  • Buy/explore is the total number that attendees selected -Exploring getting or buying- as a goal in the matchmaking list during the registration.

  • Sell/offer is the total number that attendees selected -Offering or selling- as a goal when choosing matchmaking categories during the registration.

  • Invest is the total number that attendees selected -Investing in- as a goal when choosing matchmaking categories during the registration.

  • Get investment is the total number that attendees selected -Get an investment in- as a goal when choosing matchmaking categories during the registration.

  • Hire is the total number that attendees selected -Offer a job in this- as a goal when choosing matchmaking categories during the registration.

  • Find_job is the total number that attendees selected -Get a job in this- as a goal when choosing matchmaking categories during the registration.

Meetings

In this section, you can see meeting data such as:

  • meetings are the total number of accepted meetings.

  • total_engagement is the sum of all chat messages and all meeting actions.

  • engagement_per_attendee_with meetings are the sum of total_engagement divided by the total attendees with meetings.

  • chat messages are the total number of chat messages exchanged among all attendees.

  • meeting_acceptance_rate is the percentage of accepted meetings among all meeting requests.

Streams - Stages

In this section, you can see stream data such as:

  • streams are the sum of stages (streams) tabs you created for the event.

  • views are the sum of all the clicks to the stream page of the event.

  • unique_viewers is the total number of attendees watching the streams and other booth materials per event.

Schedule - Sessions and On-demand Content

  • sessions are the total number of content sessions (slots).

  • speakers are the total number of speakers present per event.

  • total_schedule_traffic_time is the sum of session time watched during an event.

  • session_views is the sum of all session views on the schedule page.

Sponsors

In this section, you can see sponsors' data such as:

  • sponsors are the total number of sponsor booths created in the event.

  • sponsor_reps are the total number of representatives at the event.

  • sponsor_reps_with_meetings is the total number of sponsor reps who had at least one meeting.

  • sponsor_meetings is the total number of meetings scheduled by all sponsor reps per event.

  • outbound_meetings_requests is the total number of meeting requests done by all sponsor reps.

  • meetings_from_outbound_request is the total number of accepted meetings done by all sponsor agents with attendees.

  • inbound_meeting_requests is the total number of meeting requests done by attendees with sponsor reps.

  • meetings_from_inbound_request is the total number of accepted meetings done by all attendees with sponsor reps.

  • attendees_who_visited_virtual_booths is the total number of attendees who visited the virtual booths.

  • total_booth_page_views is the total page views referring to each carousel slide viewed
