Managed Meetings - 1:1 meetings

With this setting, organizers can step in and schedule meetings for attendees, simplifying the networking process.

How to arrange 1:1 meetings

  1. Navigate to "Managed Meetings" from the Networking tab of your event admin panel.
    ​

  2. Click on "Arrange meeting."
    ​

  3. Select the attendees from "1. Book meetings for" and from "2. Meet with"
    ​
    You can select attendees who have already joined the event as well as attendees who have not yet joined.
    ​

    You can filter the attendee list using the "Filter" and "View". To control which details appear on each person's card, use the "Customize card" options.

  4. Select the meeting details such as the location, date, and time slot.
    ​

  5. Preview the meeting.
    ​You can also add a personalized message to the arranged meeting from this page.
    ​

  6. Create the meeting on behalf of the attendee.
    ​

    ​You could select whether you want to notify the participants about the meeting,

    You can also create multiple meetings for the same attendee simultaneously.

    How pre-booked meetings appear before an attendee joins

    When an organizer schedules meetings for an attendee who has not yet joined the event, the attendee can see their pre-booked meetings during the event onboarding.

Edit meetings with personalized meeting messages

Organizers can now add custom, personalized messages to meetings they create. Each participant will see their own unique note from the organizer – in both the chat and email notifications.

Steps to follow

  1. Navigate to the created meeting.
    ​

  2. Click Edit.
    ​


    ​

  3. Toggle on "Add message"
    ​

  4. Include the message in the given space.
    ​

  5. Save changes.
    ​
