With meeting ratings on, attendees rate each meeting from 1 to 5 stars after it starts, add a comment, or mark that it did not happen. You see the totals and a breakdown per ticket type list on Networking > Ratings.
Before you start
You need to be an event admin or an organization admin.
Meeting ratings are off for every new event.
Only the organizer sees ratings. The other participant never does.
Where to find it
Networking > Ratings in the admin panel, with the tabs Ratings (results) and Settings (the switch).
Turn on meeting ratings
Open Networking > Ratings > Settings.
Turn on Meeting ratings. The admin panel confirms "Meeting ratings updated successfully".
While the switch is off, the Ratings tab reads "Meeting ratings are disabled" and "Enable meeting ratings in settings to use this feature." Its Enable meeting ratings button turns the switch on too.
Read the results
The Ratings tab shows:
Total: Ratings (number of ratings given, no-shows included), AVG. Meeting Rating (for example "4.2 / 5.0" with a star) and No-shows (ratings where a participant marked the meeting as not happened).
Per registrant list: the same three numbers for each ticket type list, grouped by the list of the person who rated. Ratings by people without a ticket type list count only in Total. Unlike the rest of the admin panel, this table names each list by its Display name, or by the list name when no display name is set.
The average leaves no-shows out. The totals count ratings on accepted meetings only. In Per registrant list, the AVG Meeting Rating and No-shows cells stay empty when their value is 0.
See ratings per meeting
On Networking > Overview, Networking > Open Meetings and Networking > Managed Meetings > Meetings, the columns next to Requester and Receiver show each person's rating: the score with a star (for example "4.5"), a no-entry symbol for a no-show, a speech bubble when there is a comment, or "No rating". Select the rating to open the meeting.
In Filters, use Meeting ratings (All meetings, Rated, Not rated, No show) and, for rated meetings, the Ratings range slider.
The meeting drawer shows each rating with its comment and "Rated <date> at <time>".
Meetings export (.csv) adds the columns Requester Score, Requester Comment, Requester Rating Created At, Requester Rating Updated At and the same four for the receiver. A score of 0 means a no-show or no rating.
What attendees see
The event home page shows a Feedback hub with a Meeting ratings button once the attendee has an accepted meeting whose time slot has started. The button shows the number of unrated meetings as "<n> New".
The rating screen asks "How was your meeting with <name>?" with 1 to 5 stars, an optional comment and a Meeting did not happen button. It says "Your feedback will be shared only with the events team to improve future events."
Attendees can rate a meeting at any time after it starts and can change their rating. One rating per person per meeting.
Pending, declined and canceled meetings can't be rated.
See Rate your meetings in the attendee help center.
Limits
Ratings are per event. Turning the switch off hides the Feedback hub button and the results page, but keeps the ratings. Turn it back on to see them again.
The breakdown uses ticket type lists only. Custom lists are not shown.
Meetings without a time slot can't be rated.
Troubleshooting

The Ratings tab shows "Meeting ratings are disabled"
Select Enable meeting ratings, or turn on the switch under Settings.

The export has rating columns only while Meeting ratings is on.
