Content > Streams > Analytics shows, per stream and time frame, how many attendees watched, when, and for how long. The data comes from attendees watching in the mobile app or the web app.
Before you start
You need to be an organization admin or an event admin.
Streams must be on. With streams off, Content > Streams shows only Re-enable streams.
Only signed-in attendees watching inside Brella are counted. Views on the provider's own page are not.
Where to find it
Content > Streams, then the Analytics tab. The page has, from top to bottom: the Stream Activity chart, four summary figures, Export (.csv), and the visitors table.
Choose the stream and time frame
In Select stream, choose a stream. The first stream in your list is selected when the page opens.
In Select time frame, set a start and end. The presets are Event start (the event's start date to its end date) and Today (the current time as both start and end; change the start after choosing it).
Select Reset to default to return to the default time frame: the last 14 days while the event has not ended, otherwise the event's start date to its end date.
The Event start preset and the default after the event end at 00:00 on the end date, in your computer's time zone. To include the last day, move the end time to the end of that day.
The chart, figures and table update together. Select Refresh data to load activity recorded since the page opened.
Stream Activity chart
Total views (line): viewings that overlap the interval. A viewing starts when an attendee opens the stream; a brief return can continue the earlier viewing if no other tracked viewing has started. A viewing that spans several intervals counts in each.
Unique viewers (bars): attendees who watched during the interval.
Hover a point to see both values. Times are in the event's time zone.
The interval follows the time frame. Up to 1 hour: 1 minute. Up to 2 hours: 2 minutes. Up to 12 hours: 30 minutes. Up to 2 days: 1 hour. Longer: 1 day. Labels show times for intervals under a day and dates otherwise.
Save (.png) downloads the chart as an image named

Summary figures
Figure | What it means |
Total unique viewers | Attendees who watched the stream in the time frame. |
Average time per unique viewer | Total watch time of all viewers divided by Total unique viewers. |
Top selected interest | The interest chosen most often in the profiles of those viewers. |
Top selected intent | The networking intent chosen most often in the profiles of those viewers. |
The figures have no download button of their own. Use Save (.png) for the chart or Export (.csv) for the data.
Visitors table and exports
The visitors table lists each viewer with Job title, Company, View Count and Total Time, longest watch time first. How it is built and how to read it: Read the stream visitors table.
Export (.csv) sends the selected stream's data for the selected time frame by email. The message "Your CSV export will be delivered by email shortly." confirms the request. Nothing downloads in the browser.
Settings > Export stream traffic data > Export .zip sends every stream of the event with a 15-minute overview file. See Analyze stream traffic in 15-minute intervals.
Limits
The page is not live. Select Refresh data or reload the page for new activity.
One stream at a time. To compare streams, export each one or use the all-streams zip.
Watch time counts while the stream screen is open and in front in the app, including while the attendee reads the chat. Time on another screen does not count.
Watching a session's video through Watch now in the web app counts for the session, not for a stream. See Read a session's traffic analytics.
