Show one sponsor's logo and a short text, such as "Sponsored by", in the event app. Attendees who select it open that sponsor's booth.
Before you start
You need to be an organization admin or an event admin.
The sponsor must exist under Sponsors. See Create and edit a sponsor.
Logo: a wide logo, 4:1 (240 x 60 px recommended), with a transparent background (PNG preferred). Up to 5 MB.
Where to find it
Customization > App Sponsor in the admin panel.
If the event has no sponsors, the page shows Create sponsors first and a Create sponsors button.
Add the app sponsor
Open Customization > App Sponsor.
Turn on App sponsor.
In Associated Sponsor, choose the sponsor.
Under Sponsor's logo, select Click to add image, choose a file, crop it to the 4:1 frame and select Ok.
In Text, enter the text shown next to the logo, up to 18 characters.
Select Save changes. If the event is in progress, confirm with Apply changes.
The message "Changes saved successfully." confirms the save. Menu preview on the right shows the logo and text at the bottom of the app menu.
Change or remove the app sponsor
To change the sponsor, choose another sponsor in Associated Sponsor, add its logo and text, and select Save changes. The previous sponsor stops being the app sponsor.
Each sponsor keeps its own app sponsor logo and text. If you choose a sponsor you used before, its saved logo and text load again.
To remove the app sponsor, turn off App sponsor. This takes effect at once, without Save changes. The message "App Sponsor disabled." confirms it.
What attendees see
Mobile app: at the bottom of the Menu tab, above the tab bar. The text is on the left and the logo on the right.
Web app, windows narrower than 768 px: at the bottom of the Menu tab, as in the mobile app.
Web app, windows 768 to 1023 px wide: not shown.
Web app, windows 1024 px and wider: a card at the bottom of the right sidebar. The sidebar is hidden on the stream player, a session's stream, the schedule, custom pages, the map and inside a breakout room.
Mobile app Share Profile card: the text and logo at the bottom of the card attendees share on social media.
In the Menu tab and the sidebar, selecting the app sponsor opens the sponsor's booth.
Limits
One app sponsor per event.
Text is required, up to 18 characters.
The logo is required and can be up to 5 MB. The app shows it 96 px wide.
The app sponsor logo is separate from the sponsor's booth logo.
Troubleshooting
"Please select a sponsor.", "Please add sponsor logo." or "Please enter text."
A required field is empty. Fill it in and select Save changes.
The app sponsor doesn't show in the web app
The window is 768 to 1023 px wide, or the current screen hides the sidebar. Widen the window to 1024 px or more, or open the home page.
