Upload a wide logo, a square logo and a cover photo for your event. The mobile app, the web app and Brella's event emails use them.

Before you start

  • You need to be an organization admin or an event admin.

  • Wide logo: 2:1, at least 240 x 120 px. Square logo: 1:1, at least 120 x 120 px, symbol only. Cover photo: 940 x 360 px recommended.

  • Upload logos as PNG or SVG to keep a transparent background. The crop step saves PNG and SVG files as PNG and JPEG files as JPEG. Other formats are saved as JPEG on a white background.

  • Each saved image can be up to 5 MB.

Where to find it

  • Logos: Customization > Event Logo in the admin panel.

  • Cover photo: Customization > Cover Images in the admin panel.

The last step of the Details wizard for a new event also asks for both logos and the cover photo. See Set up a new event with the Event Setup guide.

  1. Open Customization > Event Logo.

  2. Under Wide logo, select Upload your logo and choose a file.

  3. In the Crop image panel, drag and zoom the image to fit the 2:1 frame. Select Ok.

  4. Under Square logo, select Upload your logo, choose a file and crop it to the 1:1 frame. Select Ok.

  5. Select Save changes. If the event is in progress, confirm with Apply changes.

  • Animated GIFs are saved as a still JPEG.
