This enables users to rate a session or meeting after it has passed. The Feedback Hub will be displayed on the mobile app home page.
Session Ratings – Conditions
To display session ratings, the following conditions must be met:
Enable at Event Level
Turn on “Enable session ratings by default.”
When enabled, all newly created content slots will automatically have session ratings turned on.Enable at Session Level
Go to Content → Schedule
Open the session
Go to Preferences
Enable Rating
Select Rating Visibility
Choose who will see the rating prompt in the action bar when the session becomes rateable:
Once the above conditions are met and the session has ended, the rating option will appear in the Feedback Hub.
Meeting Rating - Conditions
The meeting must be accepted to be rateable
Meeting ratings must be enabled under Networking settings
