Feedback hub (Mobile App Home Page)

This enables users to rate a session or meeting after it has passed. The Feedback Hub will be displayed on the mobile app home page.

Session Ratings – Conditions

To display session ratings, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Enable at Event Level
    Turn on “Enable session ratings by default.”
    When enabled, all newly created content slots will automatically have session ratings turned on.

  2. Enable at Session Level

    • Go to Content → Schedule

    • Open the session

    • Go to Preferences

    • Enable Rating

  3. Select Rating Visibility
    Choose who will see the rating prompt in the action bar when the session becomes rateable:

    • Users who bookmarked this session

    • All users with access to this session

    • Selected group

Once the above conditions are met and the session has ended, the rating option will appear in the Feedback Hub.

Meeting Rating - Conditions

  1. The meeting must be accepted to be rateable

  2. Meeting ratings must be enabled under Networking settings
