Meeting Slots allow attendees to schedule 1:1 meetings with other participants during an event. This feature helps facilitate structured networking by letting attendees book time directly on each other’s schedules.
How it works
When Meeting Slots are enabled, attendees can:
View available time slots from other participants.
Request and schedule 1:1 meetings during the event.
Manage their meeting schedule within the platform.
This makes it easier for attendees to plan meaningful conversations instead of relying on spontaneous chats.
Go to Networking
Select Settings
Toggle on Enable Meeting slots
When Meeting Slots are disabled
If Meeting Slots are turned off, attendees cannot schedule 1:1 meetings. Instead, they can still connect through the platform’s chat and networking features, such as:
Direct messaging
Chat channels
Informal networking interactions
