Creating an attendee invitation is an important step in an event. Let's go through how to create invitations manually on the event admin panel. Invitations help you manage different attendee groups, track registrations, and ensure the right audience receives the correct access.

Let’s walk through how to create attendee invitations manually from the event admin panel.

Steps to follow

  1. Go to the “People” tab.

  2. Click on "Registrants" and then “New Registrants."

There, you’ll see two options for creating invitees manually.

Options 1 - Add Registrants

Use this to create single-seat invitations for individual attendees.

Step 1 - Fill in the required attendee details:

  • Group (e.g., Attendee)

  • Email

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Company

  • Title

Step 2 - Click Create Registrant, and the code will be generated.

Once you create the registrants, you’ll see their details listed under the Registration tab.

Option 2 - Add Registration link

Use this to create multiple seats under a single registration link. This is ideal for group invites.

When creating a registration link, you can:

  • Set a Name for the link (visible only in the admin panel).

  • Group - Select the attendee group from the dropdown

  • Define Max uses (limit how many people can register with the same link, up to 99,999).

Once the code is created, you will see it under the registration link.
