Communications > Reminders schedules two automatic emails. The event reminder goes to everyone who has joined the event. Pending request reminders go to attendees with meeting requests waiting for their answer. You choose when Brella sends them, but you can't change their content.
Before you start
You need to be an organization admin or an event admin.
Times are in the event's time zone.
Reminders go only to people who have joined the event. To reach registrants who haven't joined, send a custom email to Unused invites. Custom emails work only in invite-only events.
Warning: If you choose a time that has already passed, Brella sends the reminder immediately after you select Save.
Where to find it
Communications > Reminders in the admin panel.
Choose the reminder times
A starting plan is an event reminder the day before, with pending-request reminders 3 days before, the day before and on the first morning. Adjust the times to your event and audience. These are recommendations, not required sending intervals.
See Plan your event communications for reminders to registrants who have not joined.

Event reminder email
Sent to: everyone who has joined the event, except people who have unsubscribed from Brella emails. Registrants who were invited but haven't joined don't get it.
Subject: "[Event name] is just around the corner..."
Content: the event's cover image (if set) and three sections: Book meetings - fast!, Livestream and chat and Make your own schedule. The Go to the Event button opens the event's home page. The email also tells attendees to contact [email protected] with questions.
Livestream and chat appears only when Use streams is on in Content > Streams > Settings.
Push notification: at the same time, the same people get a push notification: "[Event name] is coming soon!" with the text "Time to book more meetings."
Event reminder email, shown in two original parts.
This example omits the optional Livestream and chat section.
Pending notifications reminder emails
Sent to: attendees who have at least one meeting request in this event waiting for their answer when the reminder runs. People who sent the requests don't get it. People who have unsubscribed from Brella emails don't get the email.
Subject: "Unread messages from other attendees"
Content: the number of unread meeting notifications the person has in the event, and a Read messages button that opens the event.
Push notification: each send also sends a push notification, "You have unread notifications. Make sure you don't miss any meetings!", to everyone with a pending request. This includes people who have unsubscribed from Brella emails.

Who the emails come from
Both reminders come from your organization's sender name and address. See Email settings and sender address.
Limits
The Event reminder email card holds one reminder. Add reminder disappears after you add it.
Pending notifications reminder emails has no limit on the number of reminders.
Each reminder is sent once, at the time you set. Changing the time of a reminder marked Sent doesn't send it again.
Brella sends no reminder after it marks the event as ended. That happens the day after the event's end date.
A pending request reminder counts only meeting requests waiting for an answer. Chat requests and proposals to reschedule don't count.
People added as extra participants to a group meeting request don't get the pending request reminder.
Troubleshooting
An attendee didn't get the event reminder
The attendee hasn't joined the event, has unsubscribed from Brella emails, or the event had already ended. Invited registrants who haven't joined don't get it.
An attendee didn't get the pending request reminder
The attendee had no meeting request waiting for their answer at the send time, or has unsubscribed from Brella emails.
"Please select a valid date and time!"
A row has no date or time. Choose both, or select the X to remove the row. "Please select a valid date!" and "Please select a valid time!" mean the same row is missing one of the two.
