Brella's default emails

C
Written by Customer Success

Brella sends these emails automatically. You can't change their content. Some you can turn off, and some you can replace with a custom email.

Who the emails come from

Emails about your events come from Brella [email protected], or from your organization's custom email domain once it's active. Replies go to the sender address. Export emails and emails about admin tasks always come from [email protected]. See Email settings and sender address.

When Brella doesn't send a default email

  • People who have unsubscribed from Brella emails don't get meeting emails, announcement emails or reminder emails.

  • Brella doesn't send one-to-one meeting emails between two people if either has blocked the other.

  • Brella sends no default email when someone joins the event. To send one, create a custom email with the Attendee joined trigger. Custom emails work only in invite-only events.
