Profile cards attendees can share

C
Written by Customer Success

Attendees can turn their event profile into an image card and share it on social media or in a message. The card shows your event's cover image and, if you set one, your App Sponsor. The feature is in the mobile app only, and there is no setting to turn it off.

Where attendees find it

In the mobile app, inside the event, attendees select their profile picture, then Share Profile under Event settings ("Share your profile card in social media"). The Share your profile screen shows the card and a Share profile card button, which opens the phone's share sheet. The card is shared as an image. Attendees tap the label, the QR code or the message on the card to change them.

The web app has no Share Profile option. A link to the screen shows "Get the event mobile app to share your profile card".
