The event can be customized to suit your requirements by using images or videos of different dimensions which will allow it to stand out from others.
Cover photo
The recommended size is 940x360 pixels for the banner placed on the Event Home page.
The maximum file size is 5MB. PNG / JPG / JPEG / SVG / GIF format is recommended.
Home page Image and Video
You can upload a welcome image to your event home page. The dimensions are 1600x900px.
If you rather have a welcome video, you can embed a video by adding the embed URL. The video has to be stored in storage software such as YouTube. There are no specific dimensions for the video.
Event welcome screen images
Guidelines for the welcome screen desktop image:
Recommended min. size: 960x1280 pixels (aspect ratio 3:4);
JPEG and PNG formats are preferred;
Maximum file size: 5 MB;
To ensure a visually appealing display on a variety of screen sizes, we adopt a 3:4 aspect ratio. Please avoid placing any text, logos, or visually important elements near the edges. (stick to the “safe-zone” in the outlined example image below)

Schedule
The max file size for images set in the sessions (content slots) is 5MB. PNG / JPG / JPEG / SVG / GIF format is recommended.

For Speakers' profiles, the ideal headshot image size is 300x300px for optimal quality.
The maximum file size is 5MB. PNG / JPG / JPEG / SVG / GIF format is recommended.
Event info pages
The max file size for the images in the Event Info section is 5MB. PNG / JPG / JPEG / SVG / GIF format is recommended.
Adding embedded videos on the schedule description and event info pages is not allowed; instead, you can add hyperlinks.

Logo: Recommended ratio 1:1 (200x200px), PNG / JPG / JPEG / SVG / GIF formats are allowed.
Cover photo: Recommended ratio 3:1 (1200x400px), PNG / JPG / JPEG / SVG / GIF formats are allowed.

Carousel section
Images can be uploaded and added as a link. The recommended file size is 16:9 in PNG, JPG, JPEG, or gif format. It's recommended images of 737x600px; however, note that the image in the iframe will adapt to your screen size and port.
If you add an image with an URL, it could be bigger in size as it will adapt accordingly, thanks to the iframe. Here you can watch how pictures and other materials look in the carousel section.
Sidebar section
Images embedded in this section don't have a specific size or format since you can only embed materials stored in the cloud in this section.
