Events are diversified. We understand that each event has its own audience and attendee groups. The ability to create attendee custom groups allows the event organizer to create unique attendee groups that could match the event format and the event attendee categories.
How to Create Groups
Go to the event admin panel at manager.brella.io
Go to "People" - "Groups" and click "Add group."
Add the group name in the field and select the "Attendance" type and clock "OK"
You will be prompted to the created group from where you can see all the related details.
After creating a Group, it will be assigned a Group ID which is the key to adding or removing a set of rules for this specific Group. For example, if the group "One-day Access Attendees" is NOT allowed to watch Stream Workshops, you can control their access by removing the Group ID from the Stream tab. See detailed steps here.
