Session Management Tabs Overview

As an event organizer, understanding each session management tab is essential for creating engaging and well-organized sessions. This comprehensive guide walks you through all available tabs when creating or editing a session in Brella.



Detail tab

This is where all the basic details related to the session will be added.

  1. Content Slot Cover Image
    Upload an image to represent this session visually

    Image Requirements:

    • Aspect ratio: 1:1 (Recommended size: 1500×1500px)

    • Preferred formats: JPEG and PNG

    • Maximum file size: 10 MB

  2. Session Title

  3. Subtitle

  4. Session Time

  5. Session track, location, and tags

  6. Stream content (if available)

  7. Session Description

Preference tab

The Preferences tab controls session accessibility.

This is where you control the session RSVP (Refer to Define Session Capacity & Track RSVPs)


Sponsors Tab

The Sponsors tab allows you to associate sponsor companies with your session.



Child Sessions Tab

Allows linking sub-sessions to the main session. Refer to the user guide below for more information.

Speakers Tab

The Speakers tab manages who presents your session.


Registrants Tab (RSVP Management)

The Registrants tab displays all attendees who have registered for your session.


Traffic Analytics Tab

Monitor how attendees interact with your session content.

This report will be generated only if you add a stream to the content session from the "Details" tab.


Ratings Tab

The Ratings tab collects attendee feedback on your session.
