One-click authentication is a user authentication method that allows users to log in to Brella with a single click, eliminating the need to manually enter usernames, passwords, or other credentials. This method simplifies the login process, enhancing user experience while maintaining security.

How to enable one-click authentication for Invites

Go to the detail page and toggle the button "Enable one-click Authentication".

Additionally, once it has been enabled, you will need to upload/create the invites with a few pieces of mandatory information. Let's get started!

  1. Navigate to the event admin panel - people tab - registrants - add registrant

  2. Select the registrant's group

  3. Add the email ID (Only one join code will be created for the email ID)

  4. It is mandatory to fill the first name and the last name

  5. Click "Create registrant"

    Now you have successfully created a one-click authentication join link that will help attendees create a passwordless Brella account.

Also:

  1. Attendees' apps have to be up to date;

  2. The invite has to be unique – no other invite with the same email in this event;

  3. The invite has to have email, first name and last name;

  4. The link should be active – it hasn't been pressed/activated yet and the event is not in the past yet;

  5. The one-click toggle is enabled for the event.

If either of these conditions is not met, then you experience the regular manual authentication flow.
