Sponsor admins play a crucial role in ensuring the success of an event. They are responsible for setting up the company’s virtual booth before the event. To streamline the process, event organizers can invite sponsor admins in bulk using a CSV file.
In this guide, we’ll walk you through the step-by-step process of uploading a CSV file to efficiently invite sponsor admins to your event. Let’s get started!
How to prepare the CSV file
Go to the event organizational level and click on the "Admin" - "Sponsor admins"
Click on "Add admins"
Click on "Try" from the bulk invites feature tab
Select the event from the drop-down
Click on "Export"
You can add the relevant email IDs to the exported format
eg:
Click on "Import"
Select the file from the device
Complete the given steps by clicking on "Next step"
Click "Import"
Click on "Invite sponsor admins"
You will be able to see the sent invitations when you navigate back to the sponsor admin page.
