Introduction
The "Sponsors from Swoogo to Brella" sync is used to transfer your sponsor companies in Swoogo to Brella. Running this sync will create and update sponsor booths in Brella for each of your Swoogo sponsors.

What happens behind-the-scenes
Initial run:
The first time the integration runs, it will import all of the sponsors from Swoogo into Brella
The integration will create sponsor categories in Brella corresponding to sponsor levels in Swoogo and assign each sponsor booth to the correct category β please do not delete these categories. They are controlled by the integration.
Subsequent runs (create and update):
Every subsequent run will only retrieve data from Swoogo that have a created_at or updated_at timestamp after the last previous successful run.
If the sponsor already exists in Brella, and one (or more) of the mapped fields has been updated in Swoogo, it will update the sponsor in Brella
If the sponsor doesn't exist in Brella, it will be created.
If the sponsor category changes, this will be reflected in Brella.
Limitations/ what this sync will not do
Deleting the record in Swoogo will not delete the corresponding sponsor in Brella. This can be done manually, however.
The native integration doesn't support destructive actions at present β we hope to add this in Q4/ Q1 2025 after observing usage and gathering customer feedback.
Rich media (eg: products, interactive items like slide decks, files etc.) cannot be synced via the integration β these can be set-up by you or your sponsor admins in the Brella sponsor portal
The sponsor settings (eg: automatic linking, lead scanning etc.) cannot be automated via the integration at present. These can be configured in the Brella Admin Panel.
