Sidebar Integrations in the Schedule Sessions

Schedules are one place where you can add a sidebar integration in Brella. Side panel integrations are also enabled in the virtual booths and stream tabs. You can add any document that is embeddable to the sidebar to enhance your attendee experience!

๐Ÿ‘‰Note: Before embedding to the sidebar section, you must add your stream or schedule session first.

Embed to the sidebar:

  • Click "Home"

  • Click "Content"

  • Click "Schedule"

  • Click "Edit"

  • Click "Side Panel"

  • Click "New"

  • Add the 'Title'

  • Enter 'embed link' in the URL field

  • Click "Create"

  • It will be then reflected as such

  • You can go to next.brella.io to see how it looks on the event front end

  • Click "Agenda"

  • Click the session card you add the side panel content

  • Side panel content added is shown next to the session chat

- No long links, i.e.,

If you would like to shorten links, you can use free tools such as Bitly.com.

You can use different third-party tools to customize your schedule session sidebar. They are,

  1. Polls and Q&A - Slido

  2. Slideshows / PDF - Google Drive

  3. Surveys - Typeform

โ— For mobile app users, it is currently not possible to display the side panel integration in the scheduled sessions.
