Once your CSV file is ready, import it into Brella by following this guide:
Tips for better results
Use source material other than a website
If your agenda is not published online yet, you can upload source files to your AI tool instead, such as:
Event programs
PDFs
Word documents
Spreadsheets
Most AI tools can extract agenda information from uploaded files and generate it in the required CSV format.
Provide clear instructions
The more specific your prompt is, the better the result will be. For example, you can include:
The event timezone
Whether ratings should be enabled
Whether sessions should be reservable
Any specific location naming format
Troubleshooting
The AI missed some sessions
Ask the AI to check the source again by adding:
Double-check that every session from the agenda is included in the CSV.
The CSV format looks incorrect
Remind the AI to follow the exact structure:
Keep the exact column structure and return the result as valid CSV only.
Dates or times are incorrect
Provide the event timezone and ask the AI to verify all session start times and durations before generating the CSV.
Example:
The event timezone is [ADD TIMEZONE]. Please verify all session start times and durations before generating the CSV.
